Hays is excited to offer rewards on the purchases of salads or soups from our salad bar.  Each time a customer purchases six salads or soups from our salad bar from March 1 through December 31, 2022, the customer will receive a reward of 50% off the retail price of the next salad or soup they purchase from our salad bar.  Here’s how it works:

• The customer must use the Hays Rewards Card/Number when purchasing salads or soups from our salad bar.
• The purchase requirement is six salads or soups from our salad bar from March 1 through December 31, 2022.
• Once the threshold is met, the customer will be notified on their receipt
• The reward will be 50% off the retail price of the next salad or soup purchased from our salad bar.
